Yvonne was terrific. I'm 72 and disabled. I didn't ask for help but she came outside looking for me when I went to get my luggage. I had a paper bag that ripped. She came outside and helped me with my few bags. I got overtired and stopped in the check in lobby on the couch to catch my breath. She took my items down to my room and filled up my ice bucket.
In my opinion she went above and beyond service.
She was my guardian angel.
I was in town to attend my sister's funeral.
The only thing I can think of and its not a big deal was not being able to order a meal and have it delivered to my room.

Affordable, clean, safe and very friendly staff. When we got there the woman that checked us in was quite busy yet so patient and friendly with us despite my numerous questions and me needing help with our TV, I also locked myself out of our room, etc and she was so helpful and friendly. Everyone we encountered that worked at the casino (in the restaurant, the guest shop, the hotel, etc) was so nice.
The only thing I didn't like was a family that was using the pool (August 1st around 5:30-6:30 PM) and was not being polite. They took over the whole thing and the kids were not being nice to my 5 year old son and the parents did nothing to intervene and they (at least the father- a very large man) even jumped in the pool making huge splashes right by us. It scared my son and made us uncomfortable. I actually thought that someone in this family might have been employed there because they had a key but when done, mentioned going home and left in a SUV. I don't think they were guests. They were rude.

The hotel was affordable but a bit rundown and you had to go through the casino to get to the hotel portion of the place.
There was a fire alarm that went off. Not their fault but still unnerving
