Enjoyed the bbq and sitting on the back porch

It was dog friendly. Liked it was all gated. But there was a large hole on the front gate and had to keep dogs in the back. Afraid they would get out.
The backyard had a nice gas lit fire pit. Made it very comfy to sit and chill outside. They skies were so clear you could see so many stars.
The ability to contact host was horrible and had us stressed out. Phone number didnt work and took several days to get a response. Especially the day we were supposed to get code to get in. We had to call booking several times and emails. I thought it was a scam. Even called booking a month or more regarding trip because phone number was not good.They couldn't even get through and said they would investigate and get back to me and didnt.
The cabin was probably nice back in the day but was very lived in. Bedding and towels old. Everything worn out including couch. Stained and torn. I actually brought covers to put over. Wished I had brought my own bedding and towels. Very dusty and worn. Pillows were all flat. Even the dishes toaster coffee maker Didnt work. They were all defective. Coffee warm toaster only half worked.
My dogs could smell where other dogs peed so we put clorox wips to detour them from smelling. My dogs are house broken but had to watch them very closely because of all the pee smells. But I guess because pets are allowed its something to expect. Just a suggestio thats its better not to have any carpet when its a pet friendly home. Some people allow their dogs to ruin homes and dont care Just a suggestion. There were also these tiny ants, but its a cabin. They were mainly in the bathroom.
