The staff was very nice, EVERYONE greeted us , and was friendly. Our room was not the best location, middle of the downstairs hall across from vending. Could have asked to move I guess but it was pretty full. I could hear EVERYTHING on the floor above us ,(walking, toilet flushing in the wall next to the bed coming from the floors above).
Breakfast was great , the dining area clean and maintained. Overall, I can always count on Country Inn & Suites for a good stay.

I plan to be in the Rome, GA area on a regular basis for the next 4 years while I have a student enrolled in a local college there. This hotel is where I plan to stay each time I come to visit!!

Appears that the hotel had been recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and did their job. The free breakfast was typical of the hotel free breakfast, not gourmet but satisfying and the usual selections (eggs, meat, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.).
We were in the area for a college prospect camp and got the room at a good rate online. The room's purpose was to clean up in at the end of the day, get a good nights sleep, eat in the morning and leave. We did not use the pool, exercise room, or other amenities. The room was clean and maintained. Bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock. Overall, I was satisfied and felt like I had made a good deal.
