Welcome to our beautiful waterfront tiny home in the FL Keys! Located within well maintained gated community, Calusa Campground. Experience the laid-back keys lifestyle. We’re excited to host guests who are looking to relax, enjoy the beautiful water views, and maybe even spot the manatees that often visit right from our dock—it’s truly a special experience. Secure your getaway now and start planning your perfect escape! This enchanting space features two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a pleasant living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The tiny home stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing inside or planning your next adventure, this spot offers a welcoming retreat. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Inside you will find:
•Master bedroom with Queen Bed / Smart TV
•Loft space is 3.5ft high and has 1 queen mattress
•Living room with fold-out sofa (sleeps 2) / Smart TV
•One Full bathroom with hot & cold water
•The full-sized modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home
•The three air conditioning systems inside are brand new!!!
•Towels and linens are provided
Outside, the patio area features:
•Covered Patio
•Flat top griddle
•Dining Table with six chairs
The gated campground features:
•24hr security
•Boat ramp
•Basketball Court
•Tennis Court
•Children's Playground
•Heated Pool
•Sundeck
•Hammocks
•Fire-pit
•Cashless Laundry facilities
Campground Access:
All vehicles and visitors entering the campground must be registered at the campground office. Your reservation includes one (1) vehicle. Additional vehicles are permitted, subject to campground approval, and will incur a $10.00 fee per vehicle. A refundable $250.00 security deposit is required to cover any damage to the community or campground facilities.
Boat & Watercraft Information:
Parking space is very limited in our property. Our lot provides approximately 8ft × 21ft for parking. Guests planning to bring a boat/jetski must obtain owner approval prior to booking, as dock access in our property are subject to availability. If owner approval is granted, guests may use the property's dock only as instructed by the owner. Docking in the Marina is not allowed to guest. Marina slips are reserved exclusively for community residents. An impact Fee of $25.00 per vessel/trailer is required by Calusa Campground and must be paid directly to the campground at check-in.
Important Holiday Restriction:
No watercraft are permitted during federal holiday weekends unless the vessel is registered and physically inside Calusa Campground by the Wednesday before the holiday weekend.
Pet Policy:
No pets are permitted.
