Amazing Condo in the middle of Downtown Austin. You can`t ask for a better location. 2 blocks to 6th street, 3 blocks from the Capitol, Whole Foods and Target walkable just 7 blocks away. Gorgeous views of the Capitol and the rest of Austin from your spacious high-rise patio. Spacious gym with everything you need to get a good workout. Rooftop patio with 270 degree views of Austin. 24 hour security/concierge and valet parking make this the perfect place to checkout Austin!
The entire condo is available for your use.
The property manager lives very nearby and can assist if you have any issues. There is also 24/7 security on premises to assist as well.
There are only 5 parking spaces on premises and they are expensive. There is paid parking available in the a very nearby parking garage for an additional fee.
Smoking inside the condo will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee and immediate eviction. Guest would also be responsible for any HOA fines as this building is a non smoking building inside.
Noise complaints will be given time to rectify, but multiple complaints could result in fines or eviction. Please respect the neighbors.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking. The HOA also requires some forms to be filled out (gym release, pet registration, etc.) Those can be emailed to you or provided upon arrival for signature. All bookings are also subject to a $500 fully refundable security/damage deposit.
