Please do NOT walk with shoes inside the condo and do NOT slam doors. Thank you!
As the strata is running a maintenance on the entire building, we ask that the guests do not walk on the balconies. Due to strata maintenance, windows and patio doors have to stay closed between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. After 4:30 p.m., windows and patio doors can be open until 8 a.m. the next day. Windows can stay open all the time during the weekends. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause!
The laundry room is for the use of the owner, however, it is available upon request. The things inside the laundry room are for the sole use of the owner.

The condo is in a great downtown location, so it's easy to get around without a car. Having a designated parking spot was also a nice bonus. I arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in early, which I really appreciated.One thing to be aware of is that there is quite a bit of furniture throughout the condo, which makes the space feel smaller than it looks in the photos. I found myself bumping into things quite often, especially in the primary bedroom, and I actually ended up with a bruise during my stay. The closet in the primary bedroom was also not accessible, so you'll need to use the closet in the second bedroom instead.I was a little surprised when the host asked what time I would be checking out. I understand that they need to coordinate with the cleaners, but it made me feel a bit rushed. When I checked out at the scheduled checkout time, the cleaner was already waiting outside the door.Overall, this place is very convenient if you're planning to be out exploring the city most of the time. However, if you're planning to spend a lot of time in the condo or have friends over, just be careful moving around, as the space can feel a bit crowded because of the amount of furniture.

Unfortunately the location of the unit was not as convenient as appeared and there was some kind of facility across the street that attracted what seemed to be unhomed or addicted individuals which made us uneasy, however the building security was good. Unit was clean however some items were overlooked there were items left in the dryer and dishwasher. There were no facecloths in the bathrooms, one dishwasher pod was supplied. There was a nice coffee shop and Italian restaurant nearby. About a 15 minute drive to the marine area, legislative buildings and Empress Hotel.
