Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full access to the entire property, including the private lake, trails, fire pit and outdoor spaces. Parking is available directly in front of the home. Detailed maps and local guides are provided to help you make the most of your stay.

Important Notes:
Central A/C: Lowest setting is 70°F. Please keep windows and doors closed when in use.
Trail Use: No motorized vehicles on property (ORVs & snowmobiles allowed nearby only).
No Hunting: Hunting is not permitted on the property.
Early Check‑In: May be available by request and must be pre‑approved.

You are staying Up North — insects and wildlife are part of the experience. We use preventative care to minimize these experiences.
The cottage is near a main road; light road noise may be present.
No refunds for weather or change of plans (travel insurance recommended)

House Rules (Summary)
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
No illegal drug use is allowed on the property.
Shoes should not be worn inside the home.
No unregistered pets are permitted. Bringing an unregistered animal will result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation without refund.
Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no additional visitors.
No food or beverages in the bedrooms. Please use the dining area, kitchen, or veranda.
Please dispose of all trash properly in designated bins.
Kindly turn off all lights and electrical appliances when leaving the property.
Please wash and clean dishes after use.
Check-out time must be observed as communicated.
No fireworks are allowed.
Fires are allowed in designated area and should not be left unattended and completely extinguished prior to leaving the area.
Candles may not be burned in the home.
Do not dispose of food down the drains.
Toilets are for toilet paper only—no other products should be flushed.
Extra care should be used when using fire pit, including completely extinguishing the fire. Glennie has a volunteer fire dept, and special care needs to be given to protect our National Forest.
Gas grill is available for use, our cleaners try their best to ensure propane is available. However, it cannot be guaranteed. Propane tanks can be filled about 1 mile north at Ace Hardware. Please remove the grill from the garage to cook.
No hunting on the property

Other things to note
For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with two exterior Ring security cameras. One is located on the left side of the home when facing the front door, and one is positioned at the front of the house. These cameras monitor exterior areas only. The Ring doorbell can also be used to video call the host if you need assistance during your stay.
