Golden hour settles over the Santa Rosa Mountains as you step into the backyard, where a fire pit flickers beside the putting green and cool desert evenings stretch long after sunset. Mornings begin with coffee at the outdoor dining table before a dip in the heated shared pool or a walk through the gated PGA West community. After a day exploring La Quinta or nearby Palm Springs, you can unwind with a game of ping pong, a movie night, or a quiet soak in the shared hot tub beneath the desert sky.

Sleeping arrangements
This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a flexible layout for families and groups. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a twin/full bunk bed. Additional sleeping space is available with the queen sleeper sofa, and a Pack ’n Play/travel crib is also provided.

Indoor living
Inside, you’ll find comfortable gathering spaces with Smart TVs, board games, books, and a game console for relaxed evenings at home. Central heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, and cotton linens help keep the space comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace with Wifi and Ethernet connection makes it easy to settle in for remote work or longer stays, while the in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals before heading out to the golf course or nearby attractions. You’ll have access to cooking basics, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, stainless steel stove and oven, and a dining table for shared meals indoors. The outdoor dining area and BBQ grill: gas offer another spot to gather in the evening air.

Outdoor living & community amenities
The private backyard - fully fenced creates a comfortable outdoor retreat with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, ping pong table, and putting green. Guests also have free resort access to shared amenities within the Signature community at PGA West, including a heated shared outdoor pool, shared hot tub, clubhouse, bocce ball, shuffleboard, BBQ area, and shared gym nearby.

Neighborhood & nearby attractions
Located in La Quinta’s PGA West area, the home offers convenient access to Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Empire Polo Grounds, local golf courses, shopping, dining, and entertainment throughout the Coachella Valley. Joshua Tree National Park and Acrisure Arena are also within driving distance for easy day trips.

Additional notes
Check in is after 4pm local time, and check out is 11am. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation.
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
During the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees.
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
