Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:
- Flat sheet and fitted sheet for all beds
- 8 bath towels
- 4 long hand towels
- 6 wash clothes
- 1 kitchen hand towel
- 1 kitchen washcloth
- 2 soap bars per bathroom
- 1 dishwasher detergent
- 1 paper towel
- 1 toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 trash bag per trash can
A departure clean is included in your stay.
Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. MAX OCCUPANCY 6. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.
There are security cameras located in the front and back of the building. There are no cameras inside the unit.
There is a 2-vehicle limit per unit. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $95 per dog.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.
We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

perfect place 2 minutes walk to the beach and all of the greatest restaurants. Everything was perfect except the smoke detector didn't have a battery and was open and the grill was dirty But this is the perfect, well-maintained cottage and the owners obviously paid attention to details such as outdoor darts and a bar. Very cute touches throughout and we will definitely be back. We often travel and this was such an amazing jewel.
