The Space:
Marvel at spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean from the two balconies of this oceanfront townhouse on the shores of Fenwick Island. Enjoy a boardwalk right out back that leads across the dunes onto the sand, as well as fantastic access to Fenwick Island State Park a short stroll to the south. This multi-level townhome is a beach-goer's delight, offering an outdoor shed with beach gear, close proximity to both guarded (at the state park) and unguarded (directly out back) beaches, and an outdoor shower to rinse off any lingering sand at the end of the day. You can sip your morning coffee on the upstairs balcony off the primary bedroom and dine in the fresh ocean air outside on the main balcony in the evenings. Ascend a flight of stairs to reach the main living space on the second floor, where you'll be greeted by an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a circular dining table, and an oceanfront living room with a sectional sofa and a large flatscreen TV. Central AC, high-speed WiFi, and a washer/dryer are all on hand as well. The two bedrooms - including an oceanfront primary suite with its own TV and bathroom - are on the third floor and an additional sleeping loft is on the fourth level. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not for guest use. There is an outdoor shower for your use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Great location at the beach. Terrific view of the dunes and ocean and easy access to the beach. Easy access to Bethany beach and Ocean City for restaurants and shopping. Very clean and comfortable. Alot of steps if thats an issue but we didn't mind. Well appointed kitchen, although we ate out. Will consider again.

Spacious for our large family, nice sized rooms, great parking, easy beach access. Felt safe, quiet area, beach not crowded. Nice area between ocean city and Bethany island
