The unit was nice - the kitchen was remodeled and well equipped. All new appliances which were great and loved the countertop. Interior furnishings were very nice but the balcony furniture leaves a lot to be desired. I would highly recommend adding a dehumidifier to the unit. There was mold around the a/c vents and the place smelled musty. Another family member was in a different unit and they had a dehumidifier - it made a huge difference. Overall, a nice unit.

Room was filthy, moved the coffee table so it was closer and found chips and toenails under it. The balcony was covered in sand and had to sweep so we could use it. Dishes were still in the dishwasher. I guess the $150 cleaning fee doesn't cover cleaning. The ocean view was obstructed by a plastic screen over the railing which we were very upset about since that's the reason we wanted and ocean front. We've been staying in Arcadian 2 for many years, 3-4 times a year and have never had a problem. This was the first time staying in Arcadian 1. I do like that they have an office on site if there's a problem. To add to it, the AC went out our last two days and were told it would be fixed but that didn't happen, spent the last days sweating. Guess we just got a bad unit.
