Welcome to Rose Garden Suite, a cozy private lower-level / semi-basement two-bedroom suite in Vancouver’s quiet Hastings-Sunrise neighbourhood.
This comfortable private suite has a separate entrance, accessed through the front gate of the property and along the garden pathway to the private rear entrance. After entering through the front gate, guests will walk along the side pathway toward the backyard. Once you reach the backyard patio area, turn left and you will see the stairs leading down to the private suite entrance. Clear signs are placed along the way to help guests find the entrance easily.
Please note that this is a lower-level / semi-basement suite, and guests will need to go down a few outdoor steps to access the entrance. Guests with mobility concerns or difficulty using stairs should keep this in mind when booking. Self check-in is available, making it easy and convenient for guests to arrive at their own pace.
The suite includes two comfortable queen beds, a relaxing living area, a fully equipped private kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee maker, in-suite laundry, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.
The location is convenient for both short visits and longer stays. T&T Supermarket is within walking distance, and the nearest bus stop is only about a 3-minute walk away. Guests can reach the SkyTrain station in about 8 minutes by transit, making it easy to explore Vancouver without a car. Free street parking is usually available in front of the house or nearby. Please check the street signs before parking.
Many popular Vancouver attractions are within easy reach. Science World is about 4.9 km away, Queen Elizabeth Park is about 5.5 km away, the Stanley Park Totem Poles are about 5.6 km away, and Pacific Coliseum is only about 1.8 km away. The room is very clean and private, with a TV and a sofa. The landlord is very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. She even prepared some snacks and bottled water for us😊. The kitchen is also very clean, with various kitchen utensils available, so we can cook. The nearby public transportation is convenient, and there is a large supermarket just a few walks away. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we slept very well!

We booked this stay for the Lewis Capaldi concert and it was cute! There is a private entrance that was not listed on the pictures initially but I was able to contact the host and he came out and took us to our private suite! It has two bedrooms which was more than enough for my fiancé and I! Located about 15 minutes from downtown and it was great, we ended up driving to the Science World parking lot and walked around the city. For parking at the VRBO it is street parking and we were able to find parking both nights!
