This beautiful new Townhome offers 3 large bedrooms, including a dream master suite with private bath, double sinks, water closet, glass door shower a linen closet and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the 3rd room features two twin beds. There's a second full bath adjacent to the bedrooms and a spacious laundry room. There are 2 televisions with an impressive array of streaming apps + Live local T.V. The main floor boasts an open Great room design with a comfortable family room area and a dedicated work space by the window. There's a fully furnished kitchen and all the amenities you could want as well as an island w/eating bar & 4 bar stools. The dining area offers a table w/4 chairs (+2 folding chairs) and leads out to the covered patio with a second table and 4 more chairs. The gas BBQ Grill is attached to the house gas line to ensure plenty of fuel for your grilling needs. The back yard is fully fenced for privacy. In addition, there is a nicely appointed 3/4 bath with a glass door shower in case you want to cleanup after a day at the beach before heading upstairs. The entrance closet offers a beach wagon to transport most of your beach accessories along with Beach Towels, folding beach chairs and an umbrella. There's a large container full of board and card games, a high chair, bike helmets, a first aid kit and some cleaning products. In the garage you will find 5 bikes of various sizes from adult down to child. You will be provided with a garage remote at check-in so you can park in the garage if you want.
