would strongly advise against booking any accommodation managed by this agency, not just this apartment. To make matter

The accommodation itself is in a fantastic location. It is comfortable, has a beautiful view, and is a great place to relax. The woman who welcomed us was very kind and friendly. However, the management of these apartments was extremely disappointing. We arrived to find a broken TV, the promised parking space was not provided, and we experienced repeated power outages during our stay. Every time we contacted the managers about these issues, their only response was, “We’re sorry” or “We apologize.” Unfortunately, they did nothing meaningful to resolve the problems or make our stay more comfortable. While the apartment itself has great potential thanks to its location, the way it is managed falls far below expectations. This is my honest and fair impression of the overall experience, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

really liked the location and the comfort of this accommodation. The woman who welcomed us, who I believe is an employee, was very kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the management of the property was a completely different story. From the very beginning, we were misled about the availability of parking, which had been promised but was not actually available. During our stay, we experienced several serious issues: the TV was broken, so we couldn’t watch the football matches, the bathroom door was damaged, and there were repeated power outages. None of these problems were properly resolved by the management. Instead, they simply apologized and gave us instructions on how to restore the electricity ourselves. The employee who welcomed us deserves praise, but I cannot say the same about the people managing this accommodation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here. Please be very careful if you decide to book this property.

Hermosa estadía en Alicante

Alojamiento muy cómodo con habitaciones amplias y camas muy cómodas. Cerca del centro. Departamento moderno.

El alojamiento podría tranquilamente ser un 9.5 pero no quizás al haber comenzado recientemente no se encuentra totalmente instalado, no hay pava eléctrica, no hay cafetera y la térmica del departamento salta constantemente. No se puede usar el horno y un aire. La plancha y no más de dos aires al mismo tiempo. Creo que es algo que pueden solucionar sin problemas y mejorar ampliamente la estadía. Contrariamente cobran comisiones extras al ingresar, no pactadas previamente.

El alojamiento podría tranquilamente ser un 9.5 pero no quizás al haber comenzado recientemente no se encuentra totalmente instalado, no hay pava eléctrica, no hay cafetera y la térmica del departamento salta constantemente. No se puede usar el horno y un aire. La plancha y no más de dos aires al mismo tiempo. Creo que es algo que pueden solucionar sin problemas y mejorar ampliamente la estadía. Contrariamente cobran comisiones extras al ingresar, no pactadas previamente.
