Great location, okay property

Amazing location. It’s a 5-minute walk to Jericho beach and an easy walk to a few bus lines that go to Granville Island, UBC, and downtown. The neighborhood itself is really pleasant with people biking and some beautiful houses.

The walls are thin so it’s easy to hear your neighbors. The bathrooms are ok in terms of cleanliness. Compared to others places I’ve stayed with shared bathrooms, they arent the cleanest and they don’t keep up with soap/toilet paper replacement.

Location was great, 3-5 minutes to the beach 🏖️ 😀 That’s a good point to stay there.

If you’re staying here during warm days, be prepared for the second floor to get quite hot 🥵. A fan was provided, but the coolest temperature we could get was around 25°C. The room was tidy, but it could use a little more maintenance, and the same applies to the bathroom. 😌

Great place right by Jericho Beach, and convenient for accessing the rest of the city. Do recommend.

Great location, and very comfortable. Parking was also super easy.

Very nice place, but sound travels right through the walls, so you can hear neighbors/other guests easily. Fortunately the neighborhood is a quiet one. Also there was not a microwave in the kitchen, but most other kitchen necessities were there.

Okay!

Nice beach just around the corner. If you stay there all day long and only need a place to crash, this is it. There are buses to Downtown and UBC close by, and a friendly neighborhood. Bed was comfortable.

Maybe I was just unlucky this week? There were too many other guests, the bathroom was always occupied and people were still showering at 11pm with music on their phones turned on. Further, the electronic doorlocks are handy, but also noisy, especially when there are seemingly paranoid guests who lock their room even when go out only for a minute or so. The walls are thin as paper. The room was good, but a little more "love" would have been nice, e.g. at least a small lamp on the table or near the bed. It seemed to me that everything was kept at low cost level. There was practically nothing except a bed, a chair and a table. That's it. Then, I would have expected a little more cleaning than vacuuming the floor, e.g. the table was sticky, so I just cleaned it myself. I know the price is good for such a nice location and a nice house, but I remain a bit disappointed.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Die unteren Kellerräume sind nachvollziehbar nicht so schön wie die oberen Räume .
