The location was good and the property was secure and clean. The hosts were also helpful when it came to small issues that arose. We loved the free laundry as well. Good bedding and beds. Loved the towels, soap and shampoo provided by the host. Received a message from the host a couple of days in advance of our arrival, with excellent instructions on how to access the property.
There was no air conditioning, but the hosts provided us with fans for each bedroom (2). The weather was in the mid 20's. Any hotter and it may have become problematic. Furthermore, the toilet tank was incredibly slow to fill. We figured out a way to fill the tank with the shower hose, but we shouldn't have had to. My suggestion to the host is to figure this out so that future stays can be better. Lastly, the host advertised the property was close to the sky train line, but in fact it was approximately 7 blocks away. Not a long walk away, but not a short one either.
