Goede locatie tov de oude stad en zeer goed bereikbaar met metro vanaf t vliegveld. Verschillende openbaar vervoer opties vlakbij maar ook goed beloopbaar vanaf t appartement naar de oude stad. Heerlijk ontbijt zaakje schuin aan de overkant vd straat met heerlijk eten voor een goede prijs.
Alejandro is super aardig. Hij zorgt dat er koffie, thee en flink wat water is om op te starten en zelfs een halfje brood met jam en boter. Wij vroegen een extra sleutel en die heeft hij voor ons geregeld. Als je vragen hebt kan je hem appen. Wij konden zelfs al meteen om 10.30 in t appartement, terwijl inchecken pas om 15 uur was. Hij heeft t schoonmaken voor ons vervroegd. J Keuken is prima ingericht met een mega koelkast en vaatwasmachine oa. Er is ook een wasmachine aanwezig.
Gewoon alles wat je nodig hebt om je verblijf extra aangenaam te maken.
Een echte aanrader.
Het voldeed precies aan mij verwachtingen mede op basis vd beschrijving, foto's en eerdere reviews.

Nos gustaron mucho las vistas y el trato de Alejandro de 10, una persona muy amable y muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitaramos. Muy contentos la verdad.

The apartment is perfectly located, with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars right on the doorstep. Valencia’s Old Town is just a few minutes away, and a nearby metro station makes it easy to explore the city.
Alejandro was an exceptionally friendly and attentive host. He took care of everything, was always available, and made us feel very welcome. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed.
The apartment is on the top floor. There is a lift, although the final floor must be reached by stairs. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would highly recommend this apartment.

The property was in a great place very central to Valencia Old Town and many of the main attractions with quick and easy access to public transportation to get you around the city as well if you needed to! There are also tons of restaurants and markets nearby.
