Location was great. Property was mostly clean. Price was higher but fair for the area/california. Had the basic necessities.
No use of central air/ac, window units, which was fine, but would take a short while to cool down the rooms/house after being away for a while.
Trash was left in the kitchen trash can almost filling up the trash can.
Master bath toilet clogged the morning I left with no plunger available.
Cold/Hot Water Dispenser/Coffee maker in Kitchen ran out of water on the very first morning I was there after checking in the day before with no refill.
Host Communication was limited after checking in. Asked about water dispenser and clogged toilet and received limited info in response.
Carpet was clean but very worn and needs replacement in certain parts of the home more than others.
