Immaculate apartment in an area where there were plenty of places to eat, close to the metro and bus stops. A very secure building including a safe.
The roof top terrace was a wonderful bonus.
The area isn't top notch, but acceptable.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Apartment! Die Betreuung war extrem prompt und zuverlässig, ich habe mich direkt bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die moderne Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Balkon ist ideal zum Entspannen und die Rooftop-Terrasse mit ihrem genialen Ausblick ist das absolute Highlight. Ich vergebe zu 100 % die volle Punktzahl und komme super gerne wieder!

Everything is brand new !!!
I ve been in Athens more than 20 times , this is by far the best location where i stay ! And the rooftop it s all you need for you when u come back ar the apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Athens. The location was excellent – everything was convenient and accessible. Right across the street there is a bakery and a supermarket, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The apartment itself was extremely well equipped, and it was clear that a lot of thought had been put into even the smallest details. Everything we needed was there, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The building facilities, including the gym and laundry services, were a great bonus and added a lot to the overall experience.
A special thank you to Yossi, the property manager, who was exceptional. He was always available and took care of every request we had at any hour, with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
Highly recommended – we would definitely love to stay here again!
