Clean, had everything you need and the staff are really responsive if you need anything or have any queries

The apartment felt luxurious and was larger than expected, with great kitchen facilities It's a 5 min walk from the metro and took around 15 mins to get into the city centre, making it very convenient. The staff were very attentive and easily reachable by phone.
A lot of talk online had complained about the local area, but I quite liked it - there's a supermarket round the corner, a nice bakery and the locals were friendly.

The place was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The design was modern and everything was well prepared. It felt welcoming and made the stay very enjoyable
The only issue was with the parking. Another car blocked the entrance, and I had to call the police to resolve it and report the vehicle details. The property owners were contacted but were unable to assist in this situation. Thankfully, I wasn’t already inside the parking, otherwise it would have been more difficult.

The apartment was modern and spacious and the owners are very accommodating with any questions you have
Close to metro and very secure.
The big downside is the location is in a poor area of the city and the road is very busy and loud , particularly during the night. There sounded to be waste vehicles around 3am every morning , lots of mopeds and people fighting. There is also a loud chime that goes off around 4-5am , we weren’t sure what that was.
Even with the blinds down and headphones on I was woken every single night from the noise sadly which did disrupt my stay as I couldn’t get a full night sleep. I’m not sure what to suggest to the management but this is an issue that does need addressing somehow.
