Very disappointing and feel like I was misled.

The property manager was very responsive but could not resolve the problem. The apartment would have been alright if there wasnt a bad smell. We had to leave early and we refunded one night, but that didn’t make up for the miserable experience.

When we first entered the apartment, there was a very bad smell of pet urine which stayed during our time there. It seemed obvious that the owner knew about it as all the fans were going, the air conditioners were on, and there was odor remover canisters in each room. The property manager was responsive and someone tried to come clean it, but it didn’t work. I think it’s a larger issue with the property. It was unconscionable that we would paid over $800 for three nights for that situation. We had to leave a day early because it was intolerable. We were refunded one night. In addition, the exterior of the property was in very poor condition.
