The location of Tower 92 is exceptionally good as it's located on the main road and nearby of Nathia Gali, Donga Gali, Ayubia and KhanasPur. Specially in the peek season the Nathia Gali center was over crowded.
Additionally the SOY Chinese restaurant's ambiance and quality of food is at par with any good Chinese restaurant in Lahore. We enjoyed the chinses food there.
The Tower 92 hotel's staff was courteous but they are un-trained for hospitality business norms and practices. Obviously the owner hired the economical and cheap workforce.
If the owner hired trained staff, Keeping in view the location and the facilities of Tower 92 hotel, The guests will enjoy their stay at the best level.
The Hot water and Wi-Fi was inconsistent and that's troublesome and unpleasant experience.
despite many reminders and complaints they did not provide stable Wi-Fi and consistent hot water.

No warm/ Hot Water facilities in Washroom and shower throughout in the washroom
LED TV wasn't working throughout
