Location to Wythenshaw park is amazing and few minutes walk. The room was clean and had everything you need for a nights stay.
I prefer tea and coffee facilities in the room rather than shared kitchen but as we were only there 1 night it was a great issue. We grabbed a couple of glasses from the kitchen to get water out of the bathroom.

This has obviously been recently refurbished. Everything in the property was brand new and finished to the highest standard. Modern appliances, brand new utensils etc. Marble floors.
Could have done with a chair in the bedroom as the bed was quite high and difficult to sit on. There was a wierd drainy smell in the room. Obviously got a drain problem. Difficult to find and it was a long way out of the city centre. Absolutely nothing around in the area.
