Check in was easy with door codes texted to me on the day for self check-in. The bed was very comfy and I slept really well. The room was bright and pleasant and the building is old and quirky, which I liked. The hotel is on a well-served bus route from the city centre and just a couple of minutes’ walk from a bus stop. Although the road is busy, there was no other noise apart from traffic, and there was no noise from any of the other guests.
Cleanliness let it down; 2 pillowcases had quite bad staining, there was rubbish from a previous guest in the bin, there was toilet paper in the toilet so it seemed like it had not been cleaned/flushed, there were part-used toiletries and two hair grips in the shower. I was only staying one night so it wasn’t a huge deal. Other than this I enjoyed my stay.

Well, it was basic nothing fancy you get what you pay for , I loved the fact that the ceiling fan and lights could be controlled from the bed using a remote control
There was no microwave 😭, restaurant downstairs never seemed to open a few days before we left some construction work was taking place down stairs and ruined our sleep. Feels like it was located in the middle of nowhere
