The unit was comfortable with a small but adequate bathroom w a tub/shower; an efficiency kitchen and livingroom with both a twin bed/couch and a fold down Q-size Murphy bed. The condo was pleasantly decorated and clean when we arrived. The best feature was the lovely open air balcony with a table/2 chairs overlooking the north end of the Rehobeth Beach boardwalk, beach and ocean waves, and occasionally people's voices as they passed by on the boardwalk. Condo has access ti private swimming pool thru the 2nd week in Sept., in addition to full access to beach/ocean.
Entry to the building/condo was "self-serve" via "codes" with no attendant available on arrival. Unfortunately, codes and procedures for entry were not communicated in advance via web or email. Plus, no info re: the limited hours an attendant was available for check in. Also RENTERS need to be aware that they are expected to bring their own LINENS including twin and/or Q-sized top and fitted sheets, blankets, sleeping pillows, bath/face towels, face/body soap, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper. None provided for a 5 day stay.
