Das selber ein-und auschecken war ungewohnt, aber gut.
Wenn man Fragen hatte, war es schwierig zu wissen, wo man Personal finden kann. Unterkunft war sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Nicht in Laufnähe. Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer oder eine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu machen, wäre schön gewesen.

I enjoyed my stay. The location was nice, and the staff was friendly.
I didn’t really like the check-in and check-out process. During check-in, I was asked to take a photo of my card and send it to them, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable and concerned about security. At check-out, I was also asked to take photos of the remote controls and send them, which I found quite unusual. Another issue was that there was hair in the shower when I arrived, which was unpleasant and made me feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my stay.
