Great location, great value for money, the best price you’ll get for the whole area, the bed was very comfortable, the place was so clean and smelled nice, the kitchen was good, toilets and showers clean (which depends on the other residents), staff very helpful was informed that upgrades are taking place too which is good

Great stay at Ocean Quay. The waterfront location was lovely, with great views. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, with everything I needed. Very comfortable and affordable. Large kitchen / lounge area great for socialising. Nice hot showers. A lovely touch with the complimentary donuts too — thank you Alex! A smart, modern take on a hotel stay. Would happily stay again.

The property has been recently refurbished everything is brand new and all the facilities are excellent . Alex the manager could not have been more helpful . The location is great , right on the waterfront . Shops restaurants etc are within a minutes walk and the town centre is five minutes walk .

Great location
Wifi didn’t work. The entry and staircase were very unclean and untidy . Rooms were clean but very small. There was no toilet paper and toilet not working properly
