A true hidden gem! From the warm greeting at check in to the peaceful, clean room. The attention to detail here is unmatched. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly quiet. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh options, and the location made exploring the area effortless. We did not want to leave a cannot wait to return! This is one of the best places I've ever been to, and I'll recommend it to everyone!!!

We were made very welcome. Charlotte and her husband were excellent hosts. Our needs were well met. The room was very comfortable and the choices at breakfast were very good. Views from the house and garden are beautiful . Inside the decor is exceptional and very interesting. What an exceptional place to stay.

Beautiful and peaceful setting overlooking the lake and woodlands. Close to Leighton Moss nature reserve with many local footpaths to explore. Very elegant and well appointed rooms. Comprehensive breakfast choice. Food of excellent quality. Charlotte our host was exceptionally welcoming .
