they arranged a private car to pick us up straight from the high-speed rail station no extra charge. The location is perfect, it’s only a 5-minute casual walk to the Tianmen Mountain scenic area. Super close to Tianmen Mountain, right next to the cable car, so getting to the mountain is zero hassle. You can just walk over in minutes. The decor mixes Japanese and Chinese styles so nicely。 the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our trip— assisted with everything from planning our itinerary with detail info. Free tea and coffee was perfect addition after a long day. and the beds are just wonderful!

The property is literally right next to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, so I didn’t have to rush at all in the morning. I basically walked out the door and was steps away from hopping on the lift. The staff were all super friendly and made me feel right at home, plus they took the time to walk me through the best sightseeing routes for the area. The staffs were superb helpful. From day one, they were exceptionally helpful, explaining in detail all the activities in the Zhangjiajie area and arranging transportation ,attraction tickets, everything will be very easier. That little extra touch made my whole day way less stressful.

This place was way better than I expected, I was so shocked when I walked in. The bathrooms even smelled nice, the service was super thoughtful, and they gave us free little snacks when we checked in. The lady sat down with us to map out our whole travel plan and helped us get discounted tickets for every scenic spot. The bed sheets were spotless, my whole family was obsessed with this place. It’s super close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and the local restaurants downstairs serve that’s cheap and so tasty. Can’t say enough good things.
