Dated apartment with No Hot water

Position, fairly comfortable

We had no hot water during our stay and the cold shower was Cold with no attempt to fix AC worked OK but the ceiling fan in the lounge was broken so couldn't move air around. We also didn't get check in instructions, when we chased down were told we would get them that afternoon, nothing, chased again, finally we had a message late kon the morning of check in and codes at 3pm. Surely a message 2 or 3 days out saying that would make it much easier
