The location to the metro was very good, and quite central for bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious and towels were put out fresh everyday along with a turn up service. The room and bathroom were very clean.
Took a minute to locate the actual building, additionally, the actual reception is on a completely different street. Had to pay at the reception, which meant changing our plans to accommodate it not being onsite. Went to pay on the first day, but the front door was locked, and couldn't locate the correct buzzer for the company as it wasn't named. This meant a trip back the next day. We had asked for an iron, but unfortunately didn't receive one, therefore had creased clothes for the duration. The shower didn't get fully hot, and it would run cold mid shower. The bathroom door handle came off in my hand on the first day, which meant we were anxious to close the bathroom door. Only a sheet was provided on the bed, it wasn't too bad because of the hot weather, but having an option of another layer would have been nice. Tea and coffee was provided but no milk, either fresh or UHT.
