Sehr günstige, saubere, ruhige, komfortable, Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, im wunderschönen George Town, direkt in Verbindung mit einer großen Mall. Tolle Aussicht. Die reizende Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr schnelles, zuverlässiges Internet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Sehr schlner Outdoor-Pool. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen. Wir empfehlen allen Reisenden diese wunderbare Unterkunft herzlichst und würden in jedem Fall wieder dort übernachten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal an alle und bis zum nächsten Mal! ❤️❤️❤️

Genuinely I like your new hotel ,because it's super new no mold in shower area ,no stain linen and all still brand new.that's bonus ,the bellman I forgot his name very calm and act fast to carry my belongings after almost an hour unpleasant checking process with booking.com and DM.theres no courtesy to offered fresh towel or welcome drink to my eldest after long hours from KL. I will pay if you offer also,tq for Hazril at FO checkout process went smooth and very polite talking to us.Check out time security was very good help us took pictures and this small thing make little thing make it different.Please take care your back of the house staff because without them property not gonna have business, tq for GSC , Housekeeping and runner sending my iron and coffees amenities .
DM handle guest complains . they're security also at the lobby standing looks like we gonna create drama there, the booking was comfirm and paid only asked for the date change for duplicates booking but treat us like we haven't paid the room.Need more training on staff how to handle guest.i rejected to join the progress because first impression, I tried to call property and third party all the way from KL but yet the booking was still haven't update.
