Welcome to BeachED OIB — a top-floor 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa with elevated ocean and Jinks Creek views, plus access to the private oceanfront Islander Beach Club. Freshly updated and comfortably sleeping up to 12, it's an easy fit for families, multi-family vacations, and groups traveling together.
Vacation starts the moment you arrive: fresh bed linens and bath towels are included, and every bed is made before check-in. No packing sheets, no renting a linen package, and no making beds after a long drive.
We make beach days easier, too. Beach chairs, a wagon, umbrella, and small beach toys are available for guest use, so there’s less to pack and more room in the car.
Start your morning with coffee and an ocean view, spend the afternoon at the beach or pool, grab a drink at the tiki bar, and wind down on the deck or covered front porch.

Nice place to stay. This was our second year staying there with our group of friends. Nice view. Comfortable place.

Over all the property is a nice property ,however the issues with the door lock, and the fact that there were items found in the property that didn't belong was kind of disturbing. The property management company tended to be a little on the rude side.
