Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Great unit with an even better view. Great location/close to many things and a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable beds, and comfortable outdoor seating as well. It was nice to have access to the pool with the guest passes. We've been coming to the Bethany area for many years and really liked this location. The only suggestion we have would be to get black-out curtains in the bedrooms because light shines through at nighttime. Overall, very pleased with this property. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Everything was enjoyable and it was the perfect amount of space. As noted our only issues were that the wifi rarely worked and was super slow for the week we were there and that the beds were not the most comfortable but outside of that it was a great place.

Slice of heaven off the beaten path in Ocean View. It’s convenient to town and local beaches, but quiet. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our evening walks with the deer.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! In fact we are planning to reserve this home again next year! The condo had a beautiful view of the water from the screened in balcony. The outdoor sitting as very comfortable and in good condition.
