About this house rental
Our house is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood, only 3km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre. Close to our house is public playground for the kids. From our house we have very nice walking / bike paths that takes you into Elliðaárdalur / Fossvogur or into downtown Reykjavik or around whole Reykjavik if you like.
Our house is on two floors, you enter the house on the 1st floor, there we have spacious living room with TV and Apple TV ( Netflix etc ), fully loaded kitchen with everything you need and bedroom with Bunk Bed for 3 people, lower level Double bed (140x200cm) and upper level Single bed (90x200cm). on the 2nd floor we have 3 bedrooms on Master bedroom with King Size bed (180x200cm), second bedroom with Single bed (90x200cm) and you can change the bed to King Size (2x90x200cm) if needed, third bedroom has Single bed (100x200cm).
We have baby crib and high chair for your children.
We provide linen, towels and soap etc.
We manage over 150 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
