PARKING:

Free street parking is available on S La Salle Ave. There are 4 uncovered spots available. Please note that street cleaning takes place on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Be sure to move your vehicle by those mornings to avoid tickets or towing. Please ensure your vehicle is parked legally at all times.



GETTING AROUND:

West Adams is centrally located in Los Angeles with excellent freeway access. The 10 freeway is just minutes away, connecting you to Downtown LA (15 min), Santa Monica (20 min), and Culver City (10 min). The 405 and 110 freeways are also within easy reach. LAX is approximately 20 minutes without traffic, making this one of the most convenient locations in the city for airport access. Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout the neighborhood.

HOUSE RULES:



1. Guests must complete the third-party verification process and submit a copy of their identification to match at check-in.

2. No gatherings/events without prior written approval.

3. Pets are welcome! Prior approval required. $100 per pet fee applies.

RESPECT:

The property is equipped with outdoor decibel monitoring devices that measure noise levels only and do not record conversations. These devices help ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Tampering with or removing any monitoring device may result in forfeiture of your security deposit and/or additional charges.



FAMILY & PETS:

We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 per pet fee (maximum of 2 pets) and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer a dog bed and a dog bowl for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture, including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.
