About this house rental
Two bedrooms one bathroom one bedroom connected to bathroom .This room and bathroom is pretty private. Private TV room / office with doors . Other room is just down the hall . Backyard is a birds, paradise lots of flowers and a grassy backyard. Mountain View .A hammock to relax in the cooler months .Home is designed for comfort. You’ll have two bedrooms, one bathroom and TV room / office . spices & condiments in fridge you can use . comfy beds. The living room has a king size chaise.
*NOTE* no parking on street after 10:00PM due to community rules.
The space
Two bedrooms, one queen bed in each room . Bedroom closest to the bathroom has a bookcase nightstands with drawers, blackout blinds, two towels, extra pillows, extra blanket, iron, ceiling fan and extra fan in case you need it. there is also a hamper and hangers in the closet along with the luggage rack. Second bedroom beach towels, extra pillows, extra blanket, hamper , hangers in closet, ceiling fan , chair, Dresser, and a vanity with stool.
Guest access
Guest can use - kitchen, living room, TV room, bedrooms, and bathroom and outdoor spaces . Park on the left-hand side of the carport as far over as you can so I can get into the garage.
Other things to note
This home is very comfortable. Beds are comfortable. It is close to grocery stores Walmart and Fry”s . , bars, lunatics, and times three , restaurants, lunatics, and ( Mochilero)walking path to right of home . parks, nice restaurants, and fast food, taco Bell, Jimmy John’s , McDonald’s, sonic , pizza , Starbucks , cabin coffee a cute little social, coffee shop, hot bagels , sushi , gyro”s , wing stop and all in walking distances. other places to eat on 83rd Ave. and happy Valley Road in the Safeway plaza. Sparrow , bourbon, and bones , and a new Italian restaurant . If you are here on a Saturday, treat yourself to blue rooster. It is very unique .It is like a little farmers market upfront and they make pizzas and two drinks for $13 in the back. It is in a garden, which makes it extra special with game tables. It is open from 8 am to 1 PM. Only on Saturday.
