Spacious, comfortable and designed for relaxed coastal stays, this four-bedroom Malua Bay home is ideal for families, couples travelling together or groups of friends.



Set across two levels, the home offers three separate living areas, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. The main level features a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with large windows, timber floors and coastal views, while the downstairs lounge makes a great kids' retreat or second place to unwind.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and generous bench space, with dining for eight plus additional seating at the kitchen bench.



Step outside to the undercover alfresco area with BBQ and outdoor dining – a lovely spot for morning coffee, an easy family dinner or a relaxed drink at the end of the day.

Guests have private use of the home and outdoor areas during their stay, excluding any locked owner cupboards or storage spaces.



Self check-in is available, and we will provide arrival information before check-in once pre-arrival requirements have been completed.



Please note that the home is set across two levels and stairs are required to access parts of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Malua Bay is one of the NSW South Coast's favourite beachside villages, offering beautiful beaches, coastal scenery and everyday conveniences without the crowds of a larger town.



Malua Bay Beach is around a 5-minute walk from the property and is popular for swimming, surfing and relaxed beach days.



Club Malua is approximately 150m away, while local shops, cafés, groceries, takeaway, a bottle shop, playground and medical centre are also nearby.



A short drive opens up even more of the Eurobodalla coast, including Garden Bay, McKenzies Beach, Lilli Pilli, Rosedale and Broulee.



Batemans Bay is around 10 minutes away for restaurants, shopping and waterfront activities, while Mogo Wildlife Park, Mogo village and the Mogo mountain bike trails make easy day trips.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider Eurobodalla region, although there is plenty within easy reach of the property.



Malua Bay Beach, Club Malua and local amenities are close by, while Batemans Bay is approximately 10 minutes by car.



Nearby beaches, Mogo Wildlife Park, Mogo village, mountain bike trails and the wider South Coast are all easily explored by car.



Other Things to Note:

Linen and bath towels are provided for your stay. Please bring your own beach towels.



A starter supply of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toilet paper, body wash and basic kitchen and laundry items. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies, and we recommend bringing anything specific you require.



Small pets under 10kg are welcome on request. A $100 pet cleaning fee applies.



The home has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
