The lake house was lovely, and the views were absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time overall and enjoyed our stay.
There were a few setbacks with the sleeping arrangements. One of the upstairs beds was broken, which meant that room could not be used for a married couple. Because of the layout and limited privacy between the adjacent upstairs bedrooms, we needed to reserve the neighboring room for the couple instead. As a result, some of the kids had to sleep downstairs, leaving two twin beds upstairs unused. The property manager did have someone fix it on our last night there.
A few items around the property could also use some updating or maintenance, including the games, ping pong table, and dart equipment. Nothing was a dealbreaker, but some attention to those details would make the experience even better for future guests. The water toys were great!
Overall, we had a great time, enjoyed the beautiful setting, and made many good memories during our stay. We would recommend.

This sweet cabin reminded me of my childhood lake property and has a lovely spot on the lake. Both of the neighbors weren't using their water spots so it was very private on the water for us. The cabin has everything you need for a great stay, we appreciated all the blankets/extra bedding, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, 2 kayaks/1 paddle board. The cabin was very clean and the sunroom is the best room in the house! We found it to be a great value to be on the water with our kiddos. The house is looking a little run down on the outside compared to the listing pic. There is also a train across the lake that was fun to watch - but is very noisy at night as it runs a lot, so bring ear plugs and a sound machine if you are a light sleeper! Would absolutely stay again, vacasa made the whole process super easy!

we chose this location for 2 reasons..we were going to go to Silverwood, and since this house was on a lake, we said we would bring our ski boat. I communicated with the owner about the lake, and she state they bring their boat a ski every year. Well, we could not put our boat in the water, the launch is so shallow, there was no way to get the boat in, we ended up driving up to Sandpoint and spending the day on Pendereille. We were all so sad, to say the least. The house did have many things to enjoy on the water, kayaks, and rafts and float, so it helped the sting a little, but it sure would have been nice to ski on the glass lake any time of the day. The only other issue we had was with the water. There were times that the water pressure was non existancant. We couldn't take showers or run the dishwasher, so I do not know what that was all about.
Location to Silverwood was nice, so it was a good week, just wouldn't have pulled my boat 7 hours for nothing.
