This lovely home features a bright, open layout with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area for relaxing, and bedrooms designed for restful sleep with quality bedding and ample storage. On the first floor, you will find a queen-sized bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay.

High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available, making the space suitable for remote work. This home is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups seeking comfort, reliability, and a stress-free stay.

IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.

• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation without prior approval.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
• Up to two (2) pets are permitted with prior approval. A non-refundable $200 pet fee applies per reservation. Guests traveling with a pet must notify Sea Maine Vacation Rentals prior to arrival so we can confirm approval. Pets arriving without prior approval are considered unauthorized and are subject to a minimum $500 unauthorized pet fee, additional cleaning or damage charges, and may result in cancellation of the reservation. ADA-compliant service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
