This was a great property for a family vacation with pre-teens and teens. The location right on the lake was fantastic, with two pools, private beach access, and easy walking distance to Ski Run Marina. Guests staying at Lakeland Village receive a 10% discount on marina rentals (just mention you're a guest there). Beach towels were provided, which was a nice convenience. We used the kitchen every day and found it to be very well stocked with appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Whole Foods is directly across the street and Safeway just a short drive down the road. Communication from property management was excellent. They provided thorough, clear instructions before our stay and were responsive whenever we had questions.
The only thing we'd suggest is adding streaming capabilities to the TVs, or at least giving guests the option to log into their own accounts. Our family loves winding down with a movie night, so having that option without relying on basic cable would have been a nice touch. It definitely wasn't a dealbreaker, just one small improvement that would make a wonderful rental feel even more like home.
