Alles was heel luxe, zeer goed schoongemaakt, perfecte locatie. Ligt aan de boulevard, dus je bent zo bij het strand en de restaurants

The location is excellent. Exactly where you want to be and on the same strip (4 min drive) as the most vibrant club in Durres - Oma.
- Our room door was knocked on several times despite the do not disturb sign being on - I think this is very unprofessional, especially in a 5 star hotel.
- They are generally low on inventory such as towels, robes and hangers.
- Shower gel, shampoo etc are not refilled after your room is serviced
These are just a few things I noticed, that are unlike a 5 Star hotel but I believe these will be resolved as time goes by.
