Vivenda Gomes is a small typical Azorean house located by the sea in the beautiful parish of Porto Martins. The house has an equipped kitchen, full bathroom, living room with cable TV and wifi and 3 bedrooms.
Behind the house is a large patio with tables and benches and a barbecue. The space also has a vineyard and a natural tide well accessible with fish.

We just spent 10 wonderful days at Vivenda Gomes and loved every minute. Unfortunately we were not able to use the expansive yard much because of high winds and rain but it was wonderful looking out the window every morning and at times watching the fickle Terceiran weather!If you want to experience a traditional Azorean home with modern touches and amenities, then this is the right place to book. It has everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, bedding and many English speaking choices on the television. A heater is included which was welcome as we did have some cooler days due to the high winds. There was always plenty of hot water for our showers.The home is a very short walk to the seaside and there is parking on the road which is no problem at all. Instructions for the keybox were easy. A welcome added bonus was the pantry which you have to access going out the back door but it held the washer/dryer combo. Knowing this is available, makes packing light even better.A large grocery store is only 6 km away and despite one of the snackbar/bars being closed for January, there are two other within 250 meters walking in Porto Martins. The closed snackbar was just 100 meters away and is a good stop to enjoy the view.Paulo was easy to reach and replied immediately. We would highly recommend a stay at Vivenda Gomes in one of the prettiest towns on the island. Thank you Paulo!

Everything was as we expected, hassle free and a very relaxing stay. Christmas in Terceira and the accommodation by the sea were memorable.

We really enjoyed the house and the location. Paulo was extremely nice and accommodating! The house was very clean and we enjoyed it! It is within easy walking distance of a great swimming place and a lovely restaurant, Bruzius! We would come back in a heartbeat!Ken and Carol
