This has some western comforts mixed with true Sri Lankan village living. The host was exceptionally helpful, kind and willing to please. Nila helped with our washing, and lent us umbrellas when it rained. Out the back was working vegetable and herb gardens. You walk down a short path to the room, note no driveway access. This is not 5 star accommodation it’s 6star lovely experience.
A squeegee or mop in the bathroom would help dry the floors after a shower.

La mujer muy atenta, amable y pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada y que estuviéramos cómodas y bien, cosa que agradecemos mucho.
La habitación grande, limpia y cómoda, al igual que el desayuno, muy buenooo.
Recomendado 100%
Quizás un poco lejos del centro, pero con un tuk tuk que además la mujer te ayuda a pedirlo llegas en 5 min.

Nila welcomed us with some tea from the area. She was very nice and helpful which made us feel very welcome. She made us great breakfast, fresh with herbs and potatoes from her own garden. The room was nice! She also let us check out late so we could hike on our last day. Great service!
The only downside is the bathroom, which had a leakage and some mold. Nila did let us use the bathroom in another room to solve the issue.
