Die Lage ist zentral und unweit der Train Street für einen Abstecher. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch die Organisation meines Ausfluges nach Ha Long wurde übernommen und verlief reibungslos. Zimmer und Betten waren sauber und komfortabel. Der Wäsche Service funktionierte tadellos.
Kleinigkeiten - ich hatte das Hotel auch erst bei Abreise informiert. Der Duschkopf der Regendusche war defekt. Sollte aber bei einer Reinigung von alleine auffallen 😉
Es gab einen Wasserkocher aber keine Steckdose in Reichweite, außer man nutzt die im Bad.
Und so manche Verkabelung würde befreundete Elektriker den Schlaf rauben.

This hotel is located on Ly Nam De Street, right in the center of the Old Quarter, so it is very convenient for walking around, sightseeing, and trying local food. There are many good restaurants and street food places nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on Ly Nam De Street in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. There are plenty of delicious local restaurants, cafés, and street food just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a great night's sleep, and my son really enjoyed it. The staff was also amazing. The reception desk is available 24/7, and everyone is friendly, always ready to help.
