I liked that this was very much a community focussed pub. I was greeted warmly on arriving for check in. The room was a good size with lots of storage should one need it. The food was fair and reasonably priced. The landlord, assistant manager and waiting staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

The shower cubicle was rather small for me (6’4” and 100kgs).
