Positives: Newly refurbished. Clean room. Location easy walk to village center. Staff (specifically, Evan) was very responsive and helpful. Reasonably priced.
Negatives: Some basic /common features were missing. Eg, no power outlet next to the bed so use of a CPAP wouldn't be possible. (When I contacted Evan, he promptly went out and bought an extension cord for my use.) To turn on/off the lamps attached to the wall next to the bed, one has to get out of bed to the opposite side of the room where the switch is. No USB charging outlets. We had a room with the bed in a loft a full floor above the main room. It's a lot of stairs to walk down and up to go to the bathroom, get something to drink, or move a suitcase if you wanted next to the bed. There was a French press coffee maker in the room (a nice feature), but no coffee or creamer.
Note that these comments are specific to the room we stayed in. Even though there are a number of "negatives" in my comments, it is on the whole a nice place to stay. Older people and/or those with back issues or any mobility issues should avoid the rooms with a loft.
