A fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, and a queen sofa bed are perfect accommodations for up to 4 guests. Step onto your private lanai and take in the breathtaking views of the West Maui Mountains. Savor your morning coffee as the sun illuminates the lush peaks, or unwind in the evening with your favorite beverage.

For your beach adventures, we've provided towels, chairs, and a cooler. To make your stay even more convenient, the condo comes with a one-time starter supply of essentials such as detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, bath towels, and fresh linens, so you can settle in and start your Maui vacation right away.

A $15 daily parking fee is collected upon check-in at the front desk. Credit card-operated washers and dryers are conveniently located on every floor ($3.00 per wash and $2.25 per dry).

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.

**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
