In the event special approval is given by the owners, there is likely a use fee to cover the labor and costs of doing so. Make sure you make such usage inquiry "prior to" guest arrival if you are unsure of availability. An attempt to accommodate special requests for use of an amenity outside of owner estimated plans are NOT GUARANTEED, and doing so "after arrival" will decrease the likelihood to coordinate.
