We had an amazing stay, location is ideal with very friendly, helpful staff. We would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the room was perfect with the tube station only a 5 minute walk away. The bed was perfect and very comfy. Lots of room for storage in the room and the en-suite was perfect!

We would have liked to have been provided with some extra bedding in the room. We only had one pillow each and a sheet, we would’ve liked the option of extra pillows and a duvet. There was some slight stains in the carpet and in the shower which maybe should be addressed but it didn’t bother us greatly.

Disgusting will never recommend to anyone and will never go back

Nothing they scammers never mention shared bathrooms, we didn’t even stay we had to leave straight away. Came to the property with dirty stains everywhere, even my partner screamed bed bugs disgusting, no toilet in the room. And when we asked to cancel they said they going to charge us even tho we didn’t stay. Disgusting service every time we called no one answered we had to wait for couple minutes or couple calls for you to reach someone on the phone. Don’t let the pictures full you, not a nice place what’s soo ever
